Description

Lead the development, configuration, and troubleshooting of complex Genesys environments and workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop Genesys Composer SCXML workflows using ECMAScript, HTTP REST, and SCXML State.
• Manage and configure Genesys layers including Config/Management, Routing, GVP, and SIP/Media.
• Build and provision rules using Genesys Rules Developer Tool (GRDT) and Genesys Rules Authoring Tool (GRAT).
• Troubleshoot complex issues across Genesys SIP, media servers, routing layers, and ICON/Info Mart.
• Implement inter-application communication within PureEngage, specifically messaging between ORS and URS via InvokeFunctionalModule methods.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Genesys environments.
• Expertise in Genesys Composer SCXML workflow development.
• Proficiency with ECMAScript and HTTP REST.
• Deep knowledge of SCXML and Genesys SIP.
• Experience with Genesys Rules System, GRDT, and GRAT.
• Technical understanding of Genesys GVP and SIP/Media layers.
• Ability to manage messaging between ORS and URS using SCXMLSubmit and SCXMLQueueQuery.
• Experience troubleshooting ICON/Info Mart and routing layers.
