Description

Lead technical development and troubleshooting for Genesys-based contact center environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop SCXML workflows using Genesys Composer, including ECMAScript, HTTP Rest, and SCXML State.
• Design and develop rules using the Genesys Rules Developer Tool (GRDT) and provision them via GRAT.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across Genesys configuration, management, routing, SIP, and media layers.
• Manage inter-application communication, specifically messaging between ORS and URS via InvokeFunctionalModule methods.
• Maintain and support the ICON/Info Mart and media server components.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Genesys Composer SCXML workflow development.
• Proficiency in ECMAScript, HTTP Rest, and SCXML State.
• Deep knowledge of Genesys Config/Management layers and Routing layers.
• Experience with GVP, SIP layer, and Media layer.
• Expertise in Genesys Rules System, GRDT, and GRAT.
• Ability to troubleshoot Genesys SIP, media servers, and ICON/Info Mart.
• Experience with PureEngage inter-application communication, including SCXMLSubmit and SCXMLQueueQuery.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
