Description

You will architect and manage cloud-based solutions within the Genesys PureCloud environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage Virtual Networks to establish core services and seamless integration.
• Develop scripts to automate the deployment of resource stacks and associated configurations.
• Drive Identity and Access Management (IAM), configuration management, and monitoring strategies.
• Design high-reliability network connectivity and implement data protection, including High Availability and Business Continuity Planning.
• Extend systems management processes for Change, Incident, and Problem Management into the cloud.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience architecting and building Genesys PureCloud cloud solutions.
• Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Genesys PureCloud cloud services.
• Proficiency in automation and scripting using PowerShell, Python, Ruby, or Bash.
• Hands-on experience with Vnet and IAM configuration.
• Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining cloud-based servers in enterprise environments.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
