Description

You will configure and manage the Genesys PureCloud Virtual Network, establishing core services and integrating the platform into enterprise identity and access structures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage the Virtual Network within Genesys PureCloud.
• Establish core services and define the Genesys PureCloud monitoring strategy.
• Extend existing systems management processes (change, incident, problem) into the cloud.
• Integrate Genesys PureCloud management tooling with internal processes, automating spin-up, spin-down, and billing approvals.
• Design and implement data protection options, including HA and BCP protection.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience architecting and building Genesys PureCloud solutions.
• Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Genesys PureCloud cloud services.
• Experience installing, configuring, deploying, and maintaining cloud-based servers and services across various operating systems in an enterprise setting.
• Proficiency in automation scripting using PowerShell, Python, Ruby, or Bash.
• Experience establishing internal pricing and instance selection models for Genesys PureCloud virtual machines.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly, both verbally and in writing.
