Description

Develop reporting solutions and dashboards using Genesys Cloud CX data.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI.
• Build native reports and dashboards within the Genesys Cloud CX platform.
• Extract and query data using SQL, NoSQL, and Big Data technologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data reporting or analytics.
• Advanced knowledge of native Genesys Cloud CX Reports and Dashboards.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau or PowerBI design and development.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and querying.
• Experience working with NoSQL databases.
• Experience handling Big Data environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
