Description

You will design and manage Genesys contact center architectures across multiple communication channels.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design advanced contact center call flows and complex script logic.
• Architect Genesys solutions for inbound and outbound voice, chat, SMS, and email.
• Configure Genesys Workspace desktop environments, including desktop design and screen pop integration.
• Support Genesys routing for voice, email, SMS, and chat channels.

Required Skills

• 7 to 10 years of experience in Information Technology and Application Support.
• Deep expertise in Genesys architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Genesys routing for voice, email, SMS, and chat.
• Proven ability in designing advanced contact center call flows and scripts.
• Knowledge of Genesys Workspace desktop and attached data screen pop integration.
• Basic knowledge of Avaya and Cisco endpoint integration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multi-channel contact center integrations.
