Description

Design and develop routing workflows using Genesys Composer. Provide thorough documentation and collaborate with business teams to define workflow requirements. Execute development and unit testing for all routing logic. Debug and troubleshoot complex routing issues using analytical methods.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in routing development.
• Hands-on expertise with Genesys Composer.
• Experience with Genesys ORS.
• Proficiency in SCXML.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong communication skills for requirement gathering.
• Proven debugging and analytical capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex contact center routing logic.
