Description

You will lead the implementation of Onward Routing Services (ORS) within a Genesys on-premises contact center infrastructure, focusing on high availability.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end execution of technology projects, from initial proof of concepts for new capabilities to final delivery.
• Develop and maintain new code for Genesys Routing Composer and eServices configurations.
• Collaborate with the team using Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban) to deliver operational solutions.
• Support associates with operational activities and troubleshoot complex routing scenarios.
• Ensure system stability and high availability across the Genesys suite.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of experience with Genesys Core and Voice platforms.
• 5 years of experience with Genesys eServices.
• 2-5 years of hands-on experience with Genesys Composer.
• Proven experience with Genesys Routing, Framework, Reporting, Call Recording, and WFM.
• Strong background in ORS (Onward Routing Services) implementation.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code for contact center applications.
• Experience working in on-premises high-availability environments.
