Description

Develop and implement multichannel self-service IVR and Omnichannel Orchestration Routing on Genesys Cloud CX.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance Voice and Non-Voice applications using Genesys Cloud CX Architect.
• Integrate third-party services, including AWS Lambda, Lex, Polly, and CRM (Dynamics).
• Deliver customer interaction solutions across IVR, Web, Chat, SMS, and Social Media channels.
• Implement Self-Service and Analytics solutions with speech-based and dynamic menu strategies.
• Collaborate across teams to integrate the Genesys Framework with internal and external systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in Genesys Cloud CX development and solution delivery.
• Strong experience with IVR, Chatbot, Voice, and Messaging Channels.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and CRM integrations.
• Deep understanding of Speech Recognition Technologies (Genesys, Amazon, Nuance).
• Certified Genesys Cloud CX Professional in one or more areas.
• Proven ability to deliver solutions in remote or global environments.
• Experience with AWS Lambda.
