Manage end-to-end Genesys deployments and technical solution delivery for customer environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical solutions based on specific customer requirements.
• Coordinate the delivery, implementation, testing, and acceptance of solutions.
• Own the full lifecycle of Genesys deployment and support projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute deployments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Deep expertise in Genesys SIP.
• Hands-on experience with Genesys deployment.
• Proven ability to manage full-scale deployment and support projects.
• Experience in solution testing and customer acceptance processes.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading cross-functional deployment teams.
