Description

You will design, test, and deploy enterprise communication solutions, focusing on SIP infrastructure and Genesys platform administration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and test communication solutions within a development engineering environment.
• Brainstorm and develop technical solutions in a lab setting.
• Perform proof of concept testing for new implementations.
• Troubleshoot complex SIP and VoIP issues using protocol analyzers.
• Deploy and manage large-scale enterprise SIP and call routing configurations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in systems or network engineering.
• Extensive experience with large enterprise SIP deployment and call routing using Ribbon SBC PSX.
• Expert-level SIP troubleshooting using Wireshark and other VoIP analyzer tools.
• Expert experience with cloud technologies including AWS and Azure.
• Intermediate experience with Genesys platform administration.
• Intermediate experience with Ribbon SBC SIP Recording deployment.
• Intermediate knowledge of Transcoding and TLS/SRTP deployment.
• Intermediate experience with WebRTC technologies.
• Beginner-level Linux administration skills.
