Description

Design, test, and deploy voice solutions within a development engineering environment, managing production cutover and warranty support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm and develop technical solutions in a lab setting.
• Perform proof of concept testing for new deployments.
• Support internal IS&T reviews and participate in testing at various project stages.
• Develop software and corresponding technical artifacts.
• Manage production cutover and provide warranty support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering.
• Extensive experience with large enterprise SIP deployment and call routing using Ribbon SBC PSX.
• Expertise in SIP troubleshooting using Wireshark and other VoIP analyzer tools.
• Experience with cloud technologies including AWS and Azure.
• Intermediate knowledge of Genesys platform, transcoding, and TLS/SRTP deployment.
• Intermediate experience with Ribbon SBC SIP Recording and WebRTC technologies.
• Beginner level Linux administration.
