Description

Design, implement, and maintain Genesys customer engagement solutions for voice infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure Genesys Core and Voice components, including IVR, call routing, and call recording.
• Integrate Genesys solutions with enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, and databases.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Genesys systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Manage Genesys upgrades, patches, and security updates.
• Develop custom scripts and applications to enhance system functionality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in voice engineering.
• Hands-on expertise with Genesys Core and Voice systems.
• Experience configuring IVR and call routing.
• Ability to integrate systems with CRM and ERP platforms.
• Proficiency working with databases.
• Strong analytical and development skillsets.
• Any Graduate degree.
