Description

You will design, architect, and implement Genesys solutions to meet specific contact center and customer experience requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect Genesys solutions, including integrations with RabbitMQ messaging systems.
• Implement and configure Genesys components such as PureEngage, PureConnect, or PureCloud.
• Develop custom applications, connectors, and integrations to extend Genesys platform capabilities.
• Integrate Genesys solutions with Cloud IaaS platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving Genesys configurations, RabbitMQ, and Cloud IaaS infrastructure.
• Conduct performance tuning, optimization, and monitoring of deployed solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in solution consulting or implementation.
• Deep expertise in Genesys 8.x and Genesys platforms.
• Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ and Apache Kafka.
• Proficiency in Python for developing custom integrations and connectors.
• Experience deploying and managing solutions on AWS or Azure.
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes and Cloud IaaS environments.
• Ability to document technical designs, configurations, and procedures.
