Description

You will develop the front-end user interface for the Geodetics Database Office Module, migrating legacy Oracle Forms/WebLogic systems to a modern .NET Core and ASP.NET architecture.

Responsibilities

  • Code the Office Module front-end using .NET Core and ASP.NET on Azure App Services infrastructure.
  • Integrate ArcGIS Portal data into the Office Module using the ArcGIS JavaScript API.
  • Facilitate the integration of ESRI Field Maps data into the new module.
  • Troubleshoot network cross-domain access between Azure Cloud applications and on-premises Oracle databases.
  • Develop technical architecture documentation and contribute to UI design discussions.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience as a .NET Core or ASP.NET developer.
  • At least two professional engagements as a .NET Core/ASP.NET developer lasting more than six months each.
  • 1 year of experience working with the ArcGIS JavaScript API.
  • Experience deploying code to production systems within Azure App Services.
  • Ability to work within an Agile development team.
  • Experience with cross-domain coding and troubleshooting between cloud and on-premises environments.
  • Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience integrating with Oracle 19c databases.
  • Experience with UI design and optimization.
  • Knowledge of spatial or mapping components related to geodetic monumentation.
