You will own automation and streamlining of support processes for the GILDA support team.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop automation solutions within the GILDA framework.
• Streamline support workflows to improve team efficiency.
• Maintain and optimize GILDA-related processes.
• Implement automation workflows to reduce manual effort.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience with GILDA development.
• At least 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Proven ability to implement automation workflows.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
