What we need from you / What our client requires

·      Minimum 5 years’ experience as a GIS Administrator in complex enterprise environments

·      Experience with spatial scripting and automation using Python and SQL

·      Strong troubleshooting skills across GIS platforms and infrastructure issues

We are currently seeking a GIS Administrator to join our client, supporting a complex enterprise spatial environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of critical GIS platforms and services. This is a hands-on operational role focused on incident resolution, system maintenance, and proactive platform support across enterprise spatial systems.

 Working within the Digital Applications team, you will collaborate closely with GIS developers and stakeholders to support business requirements, deliver system improvements, and maintain a reliable spatial technology environment.

  Key Requirements

·      Provide Level 3 support for spatial service requests and incidents

·      Troubleshoot and resolve issues across GIS server infrastructure and SQL geodatabases

·      Perform maintenance, upgrades, and monitoring of enterprise GIS systems

·      Develop and support spatial workflows using FME, Python, and SQL

·      Support and maintain enterprise GIS platforms and related services

·      Assist with implementation of business-driven spatial requests and enhancements

·      Ensure high availability and performance of critical GIS applications

·      Collaborate with developers and internal teams to resolve complex technical issues

·      Maintain clear and accurate system documentation
