Description

You will maintain the stability, availability, and performance of critical enterprise GIS platforms and services. This is a hands-on operational role focused on incident resolution, system maintenance, and proactive support for complex spatial environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 support for spatial service requests and incidents.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across GIS server infrastructure and SQL geodatabases.
• Perform maintenance, upgrades, and monitoring of enterprise GIS systems.
• Develop and support spatial workflows using FME, Python, and SQL.
• Maintain clear and accurate system documentation.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a GIS Administrator in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across GIS platforms and infrastructure issues.
• Experience with spatial scripting and automation using Python and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with FME for spatial workflows.
• Ability to collaborate with GIS developers and stakeholders to deliver system improvements.
• Any Graduate degree.
