Description

You will perform spatial analysis, geomatics, and cartography tasks to support project requirements and communicate insights to stakeholders.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute spatial analysis and remote sensing tasks to meet project goals.
• Manage and maintain spatial databases and GIS applications.
• Produce high-quality cartography and map products.
• Communicate technical findings and data insights to business stakeholders.
• Work autonomously to manage long-term project deliverables.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a GIS Analyst or Specialist role.
• Proficiency with ESRI software and ArcMap.
• Strong experience in spatial analysis and spatial databases.
• Competency in remote sensing and geomatics.
• Advanced cartography skills.
• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workflow.
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
• Ability to provide a police clearance prior to commencement.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within a public utility organisation.
