Description

You will provide geospatial and analytical support for Transmission Vegetation Management operations, owning the data lifecycle from extraction to actionable insights.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Pull and analyze GIS data to define the scope of work for field operations.
• Perform complex spatial analyses to deliver actionable insights.
• Maintain the integrity of geospatial datasets through updates and adherence to data standards.
• Query and report data using SQL, performing ad-hoc analysis as needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by enhancing data processes and streamlining reporting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a GIS Analyst role.
• Proficiency in ArcGIS and ArcMap.
• Expertise in spatial analysis and geoprocessing technologies.
• Strong competency with SQL for data querying and reporting.
• Ability to leverage Python for workflow automation.
• Experience integrating data visualization techniques to communicate insights.
• Strong problem-solving capability and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with transmission vegetation management or utility operations.
