Description

You will manage geospatial data workflows and land survey interpretations to support Right-of-Way and title examination projects.

Responsibilities

• Compile, manipulate, and refine geospatial data to ensure high accuracy.
• Read and interpret land surveys and real property descriptions.
• Perform title searching and title examination tasks.
• Manage individual project tasks and technical workflows independently.
• Map property data using specialized GIS tools.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in geospatial data management.
• Proficiency with Esri ArcGIS software.
• Experience reading and mapping real property descriptions.
• Experience with land surveys and Right-of-Way processes.
• Background in title searching or title examination.
• Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Familiarity with Indiana County GIS Systems including WTH, Elevate, and Beacon.
• Ability to manage independent project tasks with high attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with problem-solving in a technical GIS environment.
