Description

You will design and implement enterprise data solutions to support GIS application needs and data delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop smart data solutions to meet the specific GIS requirements of various applications.
• Build GIS integration capabilities using feature or web service-based methods.
• Create model data workflows to extract, transform, and load GIS data.
• Collaborate with data authors, consumers, and business domain stakeholders to align data architecture with organizational needs.
• Integrate GIS systems built on relational databases with both in-house and vendor applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in GIS-IT and enterprise data architecture.
• 2+ years of experience integrating GIS systems with other applications.
• Expert-level experience with ESRI ArcGIS products including ArcCatalog, ArcMap, or ArcPro.
• Proficiency in ArcGIS Model Builder for ETL workflows.
• Experience with ESRI Roads and Highways Database and ESRI Versioned/non-Versioned Datasets.
• Python programming skills using ArcPy and ArcGIS Python API.
• Proven experience building GIS integration capabilities via feature or web services.
• Working knowledge of MS SQL Server Spatial and Oracle Spatial.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration across all organizational levels.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with spatial ETL tools such as Safe Software FME.
