Description

You will design and implement data solutions that bridge the gap between GIS systems and enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop smart data solutions to meet the specific GIS needs of various applications.
• Build GIS integration capabilities using feature or web service-based methods.
• Create automated data workflows to extract, transform, and load GIS data.
• Collaborate with data authors, consumers, and business domain stakeholders to ensure data integrity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in GIS-IT and enterprise data architecture.
• 2+ years integrating GIS systems built on relational databases with in-house or vendor applications.
• Expert-level experience with ESRI ArcGIS products including ArcCatalog, ArcMap, or ArcPro.
• Proficiency in Python programming using ArcPy and the ArcGIS Python API.
• Experience building data workflows using ArcGIS Model Builder.
• Practical experience using ESRI Roads and Highways Database and ESRI Versioned/non-Versioned Datasets.
• Proven knowledge of MS SQL Server Spatial and Oracle Spatial.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with developers, stewards, and business analysts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with spatial ETL tools such as Safe Software FME.
