Description

You will manage geospatial data, develop web applications, and support enterprise GIS architecture to enable intelligent decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data gathering, analysis, and processing of vector and raster datasets for distributed access.
• Create and maintain ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise, web applications, and dashboards.
• Automate workflows using Python scripting, SQL queries, and graphical programming tools.
• Validate and integrate information from construction and as-built plans into existing systems.
• Configure field data collection applications using GPS equipment and provide technical training to staff.

Required Skills

• 2 to 5 years of experience as a GIS Technician, Analyst, or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, Data Analytics, STEM, or a related field.
• Proficiency with ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Server products.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL, SQL Server, and database integration.
• Experience with Python for task automation.
• Hands-on use of ArcGIS ModelBuilder, QGIS Graphical Modeler, or FME Workbench.
• Competency in WAB, Microsoft Office, and ArcGIS extensions like ArcSDE.
• Ability to obtain Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) certification within 60 days of hire.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Tyler Technologies and CityWorks.
• Geographic Information System Professional (GISP) certification.
