Description

You will design and implement data solutions that bridge GIS systems with enterprise applications and business domain requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Enterprise Application Architects, Data Architects, and GIS administrators to align data strategy.
• Develop smart data solutions to meet the specific GIS needs of various internal and vendor-built applications.
• Build model data workflows to extract, transform, and load GIS data.
• Integrate GIS systems built on relational databases with other organizational applications.
• Work with data stewards and business analysts to ensure data integrity across the enterprise.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in GIS-IT and enterprise data architecture.
• 2+ years of experience integrating relational database-based GIS systems with in-house or vendor applications.
• Expert-level experience with ESRI ArcGIS products including ArcCatalog, ArcMap, or ArcPro.
• Proven ability to build data workflows using ArcGIS Model Builder.
• Experience working with ESRI Roads and Highways Database and ESRI Versioned/non-Versioned Datasets.
• Proficiency in Python programming using ArcPy and the ArcGIS Python API.
• Demonstrable experience building GIS integration capabilities via feature or web services.
• Working knowledge of MS SQL Server Spatial and Oracle Spatial.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with spatial ETL tools such as Safe Software FME.
