Bridge business requirements and technical implementation for GIS-focused systems.

Design, implement, and manage systems ensuring functionality, scalability, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into technical application and operational requirements through workshops and workflow analysis.
• Liaise between technology teams, support teams, and business units to ensure accurate requirement flow.
• Serve as the technical escalation point for critical pre-production issues, driving resolution across Development, QA, and Operations.
• Develop requirement specifications, use cases, GUI designs, and interface designs throughout the project life cycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development and QA processes.
• Ability to contribute to design and architectural decisions.
• Proficiency in creating Use Cases and GUI designs.
• Strong analytical skills to reconcile conflicting information from multiple sources.
• Experience using activity diagrams, flowcharts, and business process descriptions.
• Ability to manage requirements using enterprise-wide definition and management systems.
