Design, develop, and maintain GIS applications and automated workflows to solve complex spatial problems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain GIS applications, tools, and automated workflows using Python.
• Integrate geospatial data with web applications, enterprise systems, and third-party platforms.
• Customize GIS software solutions like ArcGIS and QGIS to meet specific project requirements.
• Manage spatial databases and ensure data integrity and usability.
• Perform geospatial analysis to create high-quality visualizations and maps.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in GIS development or software engineering.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or C#.
• Hands-on experience with ArcGIS and QGIS.
• Strong experience working with SQL Server spatial databases.
• Deep understanding of geospatial principles, data formats, and coordinate systems.
• Experience with web development frameworks and APIs.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve GIS software and system issues.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of machine learning and AI techniques for geospatial analysis.
