Description

Lead the development and technical support of GIS systems and web map services. Own the full lifecycle from design and development to testing and release of custom GIS solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain GIS applications, integrations, and web map services across all platforms.
• Design, test, and release custom GIS solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot production issues and follow change management procedures for solution migrations.
• Manage and implement GIS solutions using ESRI tools and technologies.
• Coordinate with IT Security and vendors to ensure secure and up-to-date systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in GIS development.
• Proficiency with ESRI tools and GIS technologies.
• Strong experience with JavaScript.
• Expertise in SQL and Oracle.
• Experience with C++.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• 10+ years of senior-level GIS experience.
• Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in GIS, IT, or a related field.
• Experience with test-driven development and service level agreements (SLAs).
