Description

You will manage the backlog, incident resolution, and security vulnerability tracking for GIS enterprise platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead incident intake, triage, prioritization, and resolution tracking.
• Manage and track security vulnerabilities, including CVE-related risks.
• Own the Jira backlog, including epics, stories, defects, and sprint prioritization.
• Coordinate testing across technology and business teams.
• Facilitate retrospectives and provide leadership reporting on progress and risks.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in Jira for backlog management.
• Experience supporting GIS or enterprise platforms.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional testing efforts.
• Experience with backlog management including epics and stories.

Preferred Skills

• GIS or Technology related coursework.
• Scrum certifications.
