Description

Build and maintain GIS ETL pipelines using FME, Python, and PL/SQL to integrate and transform spatial data.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries using PL/SQL for Oracle and SQL Server databases.
• Create spatial data transformations and integrations using FME Form and FME Flow.
• Automate geoprocessing tasks and build GIS web applications using Python (ArcPy, ArcGIS API for Python) and JavaScript.
• Design and implement GIS web services, including REST and SOAP APIs.
• Manage code development and version control using Azure Repos or Git.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in GIS application development.
• Strong proficiency with ArcGIS Suite (ArcGIS Pro, Enterprise, ArcSDE, Web APIs & SDKs).
• Expertise in FME for spatial data integration and processing.
• Strong PL/SQL skills for writing and optimizing queries in Oracle and SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with Python scripting, specifically ArcPy and ArcGIS API for Python.
• Experience developing GIS web applications using JavaScript APIs.
• Knowledge of Oracle Spatial.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Azure Repos or Git.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of AI implementation in GIS.
• Familiarity with MicroStation and Autodesk GIS products.
