You will develop geospatial applications using specialized tools and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Develop QGIS plugins, requiring full-stack development skills.
• Create script tools using Python with ESRI arcpy or QGIS modules to batch process data conversions.
• Develop shell scripting and Python applications based on web API requirements for process automation.
• Debug daily web applications to fit established processes.
• Troubleshoot Source Catalogue issues related to raster tile generation and develop using FME Workbench.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency with C++, ArcMap, JavaScript, VB.NET, HTML, and Python.
• Experience developing with the ESRI suite of products.
• Familiarity with role-based systems and Active Directory.
• Ability to develop VBA scripts for process automation.
• Experience with core services and developing dashboards.
• Capability to write clear user and administrator documentation.
