Description

You will develop geospatial web applications within an Esri environment, owning the full development lifecycle from design to deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build responsive web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSX, TypeScript, and React.
• Implement API development and scripting using Python and ArcPy for geospatial tasks.
• Connect to and query Oracle database management systems, writing intermediate SQL.
• Manage version control and adhere to software development best practices within Agile workflows.
• Perform basic geospatial analysis, editing, and cartographic design tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSX, TypeScript, and React.
• Expertise in Python and ArcPy scripting.
• Experience with SQL, specifically writing intermediate queries against Oracle.
• Familiarity with Esri tools, including ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript, ArcGIS REST services, and ArcGIS Experience Builder Developer Edition.
• Knowledge of Git for version control and general DevOps workflows.
• Ability to debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in web applications.
• Understanding of API Development principles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cartographic design and geospatial analysis.
