Description

You will design, build, and maintain GIS web applications and mobile data collection systems to solve complex business integration challenges.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new GIS web applications and mobile data collection mechanisms for field operations.
• Maintain and upgrade existing applications using ArcGIS API for JavaScript 4.X and Experience Builder.
• Manage GIS system infrastructure upgrades, including databases, application servers, and middleware.
• Develop Python scripts for GIS ETL, data transformations, and database synchronization.
• Perform production support and incident management to troubleshoot and resolve environment outages.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in GIS development.
• Proficiency with ESRI ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Server, and ArcGIS Portal/Enterprise.
• Experience with ArcGIS Online and Experience Builder.
• Strong development skills in Python 2.X and 3.X, including ArcPy for ETL.
• Data development expertise in RDBMS such as SQL Server or Oracle.
• Experience working with JSON, XML, and web services.
• Ability to create, consume, and manipulate ArcGIS Server REST services.
• Working knowledge of GIT.
• Practical experience with GIS, including spatial data integration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing reusable GIS solution patterns and architectural approaches.
