Description

You will develop and manage spatial data solutions and GIS applications to meet agency requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, map, and display spatial and non-spatial data in digital and physical formats.
• Design application interfaces and compile information from various vector data sources.
• Automate enterprise GIS workflows and manage mobile GIS-based applications.
• Create and maintain accurate technical documentation for all GIS processes.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in GIS development or spatial analysis.
• Proficiency with ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Server/Portal.
• Working knowledge of GPS/GIS theory, cartography, map design, and coordinate systems.
• Experience building ESRI dashboards and using ESRI Survey123.
• Ability to perform geo-processing functions and GIS data management.
• Competency in Microsoft Suite and standard office applications.
• Strong technical communication skills in English, both written and oral.
• Proven ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within law enforcement or military organizations.
