Description

You will build and maintain GIS applications and tools to support spatial data management and complex analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain linear referencing systems (LRS) and GIS applications.
• Build web applications using the ArcGIS API for JavaScript or similar mapping APIs.
• Design, build, and deliver multi-layered maps and complex analysis projects.
• Perform complex spatial analyses using the GIS application suite and various programming environments.
• Communicate technical information and project details to non-technical users.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience designing, building, and delivering web applications.
• 4-8 years of experience in GIS and GIS application development.
• High competence in the ESRI GIS software suite (Arc 10.x).
• Thorough knowledge of ArcSDE and ArcGIS Enterprise (server, portal, web adaptors, data stores).
• Proficiency in Oracle SQL and PostgreSQL.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, GIS, Geography, Cartography, or a related field.
• Strong debugging, design, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ESRI Roads & Highways or similar LRS/GIS systems.
• Proficiency in data extraction and scripting.
• Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI.
