Description

You will architect and support enterprise GIS solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and support enterprise GIS solutions using ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, and ArcFM.
• Lead Utility Network and Geometric Network migrations, including data model design and conversion.
• Develop and publish geo- and reverse geo-coding services using ArcGIS Enterprise and REST APIs.
• Integrate GIS services with external systems (WMS, OMS, WMIS) using REST, .NET, and JavaScript.
• Oversee ArcGIS Enterprise installations, upgrades, performance tuning, and security.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in enterprise GIS architecture, preferably in utilities.
• Expert knowledge of ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcFM, Utility Network, and ArcSDE.
• Strong experience with geo-coding and reverse geo-coding implementations.
• Proficiency in Python, C#, JavaScript, and ArcGIS REST APIs.
• Experience with Oracle and SQL Server geo-databases.
• Proven ability to lead complex GIS modernization and migration initiatives.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with .NET and REST.
