Description

You will provide technical support for Esri ArcGIS users via phone, online, or site visits.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first line of technical support for ArcGIS Desktop environments and enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ArcMap, ArcGIS Pro, Esri Roads and Highways, and Enterprise Portal.
• Triage support tickets, replicate issues, and escalate complex problems to senior staff or Esri support.
• Instruct users on ArcGIS solutions and develop training materials for the GIS User Group.
• Assist GIS/IT teams with system upgrades, projects, and technical documentation maintenance.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with Esri ArcGIS Desktop (ArcMap and ArcGIS Pro).
• Experience troubleshooting ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS mobile applications (Field Maps), and SiteScan.
• Knowledge of Esri Enterprise applications, including Web/Experience Builder and Enterprise Portal.
• Experience working with Esri geodatabases, including mapping, editing, and analysis.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer liaison and user training.
• Ability to provide on-call support as needed.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Graduate GIS Certificate, URISA GISP, or Esri ArcGIS Certification.
