Lead L3 support operations for the Esri product suite, owning the resolution of advanced technical escalations and managing complex issues within the ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Provide L3 technical support for GIS infrastructure and applications.
• Manage complex issues within the Esri ecosystem.
• Own the resolution of advanced technical escalations.
• Lead L3 support operations focused on the Esri product suite.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience in GIS support or administration.
• Direct experience with ArcGIS Enterprise.
• Deep understanding of the Esri Suite of products.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of equivalent experience.
