Description

You will lead the strategy and delivery of scalable, cloud-native GIS web and mobile applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define, prioritize, and own the product backlog for GIS applications.
• Translate business goals into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Drive roadmap planning and release cycles within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Collaborate with operations, analytics, and field teams to document requirements and workflows.
• Partner with GIS engineers to ensure technical feasibility and support cloud-native infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in GIS, product management, or business analysis.
• Hands-on experience with ArcGIS technology and web app development.
• Proficiency with ArcGIS JavaScript API (v4.x), Experience Builder, and Web App Builder.
• Technical knowledge of REST APIs, GeoJSON, and Web Feature Services (WFS).
• Experience with Python, Node.js, and JavaScript.
• Working knowledge of cloud-native applications or microservices architecture.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience supporting DevOps practices including CI/CD, IaC, and containerized services.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with React, Angular, PostGIS, or SQL Server Spatial.
• Familiarity with Turf.js, Mapbox GL JS, or Deck.gl.
• ArcGIS Enterprise/Online administration or Product Owner certification.
