Description

Lead end-to-end execution of medium to large-scale mapping projects, managing delivery quality and KPI targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycles from inception to completion, supervising large teams for timely delivery.
• Own engagement operations, revenue, and business improvement initiatives.
• Align resource response plans with weekly and monthly forecasts.
• Act as the primary point of contact and highest escalation point for delivery and quality issues.
• Report monthly project health and business impact updates to senior management and clients.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project or program management.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale mapping projects.
• Experience with customer relationship management.
• Ability to lead and supervise large functional teams.
• Skill in resource planning and forecasting.
• Experience managing business charters and engagement health.
• Strong independent collaboration skills with internal teams and external clients.
