Description

You will manage GIS projects using Agile methodologies while overseeing procurement, invoicing, and payment processes. You ensure technical alignment with Esri software standards.

Responsibilities

• Apply Agile project management practices to deliver GIS solutions on time.
• Oversee state procurement, invoicing, and payment methodologies for project compliance.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope and requirements.
• Monitor project progress and mitigate risks using established frameworks.
• Ensure alignment with Esri desktop and enterprise software standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Proven expertise in Agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of GIS tools, specifically Esri Suite (Desktop and Enterprise).
• Experience managing procurement and financial workflows.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into project plans.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience with state-level government procurement processes.
• Certification in Agile or Project Management (PMP, CSM).
