Description

You will develop and maintain GIS applications and data pipelines using the Esri JavaScript API and ArcGIS tools.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain GIS applications using the Esri JavaScript API.
• Design and implement custom web applications with GIS functionality.
• Create REST Web APIs and integrate them with existing systems.
• Write ETL processes for Esri data, working with FGDB and shapefiles.
• Troubleshoot application deployment and system architecture issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years experience in Esri JavaScript API application development.
• Proficiency in writing ETL processes for Esri data.
• Experience working with Esri data types (FGDB, shapefiles).
• Knowledge of GIS ArcGIS and the MVC Pattern.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
• Ability to create and consume REST Web APIs.
• Familiarity with database management systems (SQL Server, DB2, Oracle, Access).
• Experience with Git, TFS Source Control, and Microsoft DevOps.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft DevOps pipelines.
