Description

Design, develop, and maintain desktop and web-based GIS applications and spatial databases.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop desktop GIS applications and automate business logic using .NET and Python.
• Build and maintain GIS-enabled websites using ArcGIS Enterprise, Experience Builder, and Web AppBuilder.
• Design, digitize, and manage spatial databases within MS SQL Server and Oracle environments.
• Create front-end interfaces for transit metrics and develop back-end processes for data formatting.
• Streamline data production by developing automated processes and templates for spatial data products.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in GIS software development and system development methodologies.
• Proficiency in Python, including the ArcPy library.
• Strong experience with C# and the .NET framework.
• Experience with ArcGIS Pro SDK and ArcGIS Server.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and the ArcGIS API for JavaScript.
• Development experience with HTML, TypeScript, React, and JSON.
• Hands-on experience with MS SQL Server (including Transact SQL) and Oracle Spatial.
• Ability to manage and tune Enterprise geodatabases.
• Formal training in Information Systems or software development.
