Description

Provide first-tier technical support for GIS operations and applications, serving as the primary contact for ArcGIS Desktop and ArcGIS Pro.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical support for ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Pro, and enterprise GIS applications.
• Validate virtual ArcGIS environments and coordinate with IT staff or Esri support to resolve escalated issues.
• Instruct customers on using Esri ArcGIS solutions to improve productivity.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, training materials, and GIS User Group resources.
• Manage special projects and provide on-call support as required.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in GIS technical support.
• Proficiency with ArcGIS Desktop and ArcGIS Pro.
• Experience managing or supporting enterprise GIS applications.
• Ability to provide technical instruction and customer liaison services.
• Experience developing system and technical documentation.
• Any Graduate degree.
