Manage spatial data infrastructure and advanced geospatial analysis to support engineering projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, validate, and manage geospatial data from satellite imagery, aerial surveys, GPS devices, and public databases.
• Maintain and update GIS databases to ensure accuracy and completeness of spatial information.
• Conduct spatial analyses including site selection, terrain analysis, environmental impact assessments, and network analysis.
• Develop and customize GIS applications and tools to meet specific project requirements.
• Perform quality assurance checks on GIS data and outputs to ensure integrity.

Required Skills

• Experience with GIS workflows and data management.
• Proficiency in spatial modeling and geostatistical analysis.
• Implement scripting to automate GIS processes and streamline data workflows.
• Experience customizing GIS applications and tools.
• Competency in terrain and network analysis.
• Ability to generate 3D models and spatial visualizations.

Preferred Skills

• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate geospatial data into project planning and design phases.
