Description

You will manage GIS implementation, technical support, and Property Valuation Administrator data sales across the state.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create and split GIS parcels, linking data to tax rolls.
• Install and maintain ESRI software on over 800 computers statewide.
• Provide technical support via phone and GoToAssist remote software.
• Develop GIS sketch layers to improve building measurement accuracy.
• Sell GIS and Tax Roll Data, produce paper maps, and define GIS solutions within PVA offices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in GIS or related technical roles.
• Proficiency with ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Desktop 10.X.
• Experience with project planning, implementation, and management.
• Background in production support and technical support.
• Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles.
• Experience working with Property Valuation Administrator (PVA) data.
• Strong analytical skills using GIS products.
