Description

Configure, administer, and maintain Enterprise GIS solutions and system integrations for government clients.

Responsibilities

• Administer and upgrade Portal for ArcGIS High Availability environments, including Federation, Hosting Server, GeoEvent Server, and ArcGIS Data Store.
• Create and manage Map, Feature, and Hosted Feature Services.
• Automate routine and project-specific tasks using Arcpy and Python.
• Provide Tier 3 application help desk support and maintain system security following government specifications.
• Support system maintenance and upgrades during scheduled night or weekend windows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years configuring and administering Esri Enterprise solutions: Portal for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Data Store, and ArcGIS GeoEvent Server.
• 5+ years experience with Esri Desktop solutions, specifically ArcGIS for Desktop and ArcPro.
• 3+ years experience with ETL tools including Python, Model Builder, or FMRE.
• 3+ years experience with Python, SQL, and JavaScript.
• 3+ years experience with RESTful web services and the ArcGIS REST API.
• Experience implementing systems on Windows OS, IIS web configuration, and SQL Server/PostgreSQL database platforms.
• Experience utilizing DoD CAC SSL authentication security models.
• Bachelor's Degree in Geography (GIS concentration), Computer Information Systems, or Engineering.
• Current DoD Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with the SDSFIE data model.
• Experience supporting users within a Citrix Environment.
