Description

Support enterprise database development and administration within the GIS Unit. Administer geospatial databases and manage geodatabase tasks. Automate processes and develop workflows using scripting or ETL platforms. Design and document system models and database structures. Conduct quality control and assurance for databases and systems. Provide technical customer support for products and tools. Research and implement new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Administer geospatial databases and manage geodatabase administration tasks.
• Automate processes and develop workflows using scripting languages or ETL platforms.
• Design and document system models, databases, and workflow processes.
• Coordinate change activities and perform quality control and assurance for databases and systems.
• Provide technical customer support and maintain products and tools.

Required Skills

• 5 to 7 years of experience in the GIS field.
• Expertise in Geospatial Database administration.
• Strong proficiency with the Esri Product Suite.
• Experience in Data Modeling and conceptual modeling of systems.
• Proven ability in Quality Control/Assurance for databases and systems.
• Capability in process automation through scripting or ETL platforms.
• Technical writing and documentation skills.
• Ability to conduct new technology research and development.

• Any Graduate degree.
