Description

You will provide business analysis and project management support to the GIS Unit's Project Delivery team, focusing on ATLAS software and data development.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document technical and functional requirements for GIS projects.
• Track project delivery tasks, manage timelines, and ensure task completion.
• Write technical tickets and assist with testing and troubleshooting system issues.
• Run daily standup meetings to coordinate project efforts.
• Collaborate with technical experts and business users to ensure effective software delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical roles.
• Proficiency with ArcGIS.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Visio.
• 3+ years of experience gathering requirements and writing tickets.
• 3+ years of experience running daily standup meetings.
• Experience using Microsoft DevOps for project tracking.
• Experience supporting large and complex system implementations.
