Description

You will administer GitHub Enterprise Server and manage Kubernetes infrastructure for enterprise-scale deployments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain GitHub Actions, including self-hosted runners, autoscaling, and secure execution environments.
• Administer, maintain, and monitor Kubernetes clusters, optimizing resources such as pods, nodes, and namespaces.
• Create and manage GitHub Apps at the enterprise level and enforce standard reusable workflows.
• Design Kubernetes cluster layouts, resources, and storage using tools like Rancher and Helm.
• Plan and execute GHES upgrades, disaster recovery, and replication strategies.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with GitHub Enterprise Server (GHES) administration and GitHub Actions.
• Proficiency in managing Kubernetes clusters and containerization with Docker.
• Strong scripting and automation skills using Python or Java.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible.
• Knowledge of GitHub Advanced Security (GHAS) and DevSecOps practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools including Jenkins and GitHub CLI.
• Experience with GitHub REST/GraphQL APIs and API integration.
• Understanding of enterprise SDLC and Source Control Management (Git).

Preferred Skills

• Cloud expertise with GitHub Cloud or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience building builds and deployments for NodeJS, .NET, or Go.
